The meeting was called to order at 6:08 p.m.
Cheryl announced that Durham Public Schools had given approval for PAC2 to use the facility for meetings for another year (through June 2011) for free.

PAC2’s July 2010 meeting will be held on Monday July 12th at 6pm, at DPS Faculty Training Center located at 2107 Hillandale Road.

Section 1. The name of this organization shall be Northwest Central Durham Partners Against Crime; also know as, Partners Against Crime – District II (“PAC2”).

Functional Area
Section 1. The area served by PAC2 shall be Police District II, as defined by the City of Durham Police Department.
